Creating a better you.

Northwest Institute of Type & Design was established to fill the void in current design education. With too much emphasis on the technical aspects of the applications, we noticed the basics were being neglected. Our programs focus on solid layout principles, proper lettering and font design along with teaching designers how to communicate better with their clients. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned veteran, we’ll give you the skills you need to improve your game. We’re all about creating a better you.

Patrick Kalange
